In November 2025, Colombia’s Consumer Confidence Index surged to an impressive 17.0%, marking its highest point since January 2015 and rising from 13.6% in October. This uplift was driven by the Economic Conditions Index, which increased by 5.0 percentage points to reach 11.9%. This was primarily due to a significant improvement in perceptions of current household finances, moving up to 11.4% from 3.1%, along with an increased willingness to purchase durable goods, which rose to 12.5% from 10.8%. Concurrently, the Consumer Expectations Index saw a rise of 2.3 points, reaching 20.4%. This increase signifies heightened optimism regarding future household conditions at 38.0%, expectations for the national economy now at 13.2% compared to 9.5% previously, and the general economic outlook improving to 10.0% from 3.1%. When compared to November of the previous year, overall consumer confidence has improved significantly, climbing by 22.7 percentage points.
